Ken West, Jr.

Chief Operating Officer

Ken’s career includes experience in senior management positions in both the professional services industry and in the energy sector. He was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years, where he was involved in Information Systems Technology Consulting, Information Systems Audits, and Business Process Controls. Most recently before joining AcctTwo as COO, he was the Director of IT Business Solutions for Southwestern Energy.

Brett Michalson, CTO

Brett began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in the Systems and Process Assurance Practice, advising clients and audit teams on information systems security and controls issues. More recently, Brett was a manager in the Advisory Practice at Calvetti, Ferguson & Wagner, P.C., a Houston-based public accounting firm, where he assisted public companies in complying with the information technology requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

For more than 20 years, John has provided leadership and direction in the areas of marketing, sales, and business development to SMBs and Fortune 100 companies. He has worked across many industries, including finance, cloud technology, travel and residential construction. John has led marketing, sales, and business teams, as well as playing a key role in the creation of new departments and the management of product launches.

Rauli has spent his career leading the administrative, finance, IT, and HR functions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations with budgets ranging from $20M to $55M. Those organizations include The Houston, Zoo, The Curtis Institute of Music, The Houston Symphony, and The Houston Grand Opera.
